Ian Godfrey
Ian Godfrey started in residential agency in 1977 working as a negotiator for a prominent estate agency in Barnet, North London. From 1983 to 1990, Ian worked first as a negotiator, then manager and then as a Director of 'Druce & Co' estate agents in their Temple Fortune, Hampstead and central London offices. In 1990, Ian decided that there was a good opportunity to leave and set up in Partnership with Jonathan Barr. Ian and Jonathan chose Hampstead Garden Suburb as an area that they both knew particularly well, having both worked for most of their residential careers in the North West London area. Ian has been in Partnership with Jonathan since Godfrey & Barr was conceived late in 1990. Ian is married with two grown up daughters.

Jonathan Barr
Jonathan Barr commenced his career in estate agency in 1978 with 'Edward Erdman' Commercial Surveyors and joined 'Druce & Co' in 1984, later becoming Associate Director of the Temple Fortune/Hampstead Garden Suburb branch, where he remained in residential sales and later joined the commercial arm of Druce until late 1990. Ian and Jonathan had become friends and business associates during their years at Druce & Co and the formation of the Partnership seemed an obvious progression to both of them. Jonathan is married with three children, all of whom commenced their education at Brookland Infant School.

Jeremy Fine
After travelling and various sales positions Jeremy joined Godfrey & Barr in 1995 being made a Partner in 2001. Jeremy's area of expertise is residential sales and acquisitions at the upper end of the market. He has an extensive knowledge of Hampstead Garden Suburb and surrounds , having  grown up and lived there all his life. Jeremy, together with Ian and Jonathan, manages the offices and teams of sales and lettings negotiators, as well as the promotion and handling of all new business and advising existing and new clients on investments and potential development opportunities. He is married with two young children .

Stacey Cowen
Stacey joined the lettings team in 2009.  She now runs the rentals department, dealing in both the Suburb and Mill Hill as well as surrounding areas.  Stacey comes with a marketing background and has grown up in North West London.  She has a very good knowledge of the areas and deals with properties ranging from £200 - £10,000 per week.

Carol Lubliner
Carol Lubliner commenced in residential agency in 1976 and then she joined Godfrey and Barr in 1993.  Carol has spent the vast majority of her time with the firm handling sales. She has built up a strong client base and following and has vast experience of properties in Hampstead Garden Suburb and the surrounds.

Gemma Leigh
Gemma Leigh joined in the summer of 2005. She has 7 years agency experience in North West London. Gemma specialises in sales and has made quite an impact. Her perseverance and attention to detail have made her a popular member of staff and she is now very familiar with properties in Hampstead Garden Suburb and gives a high standard of professional service to her clients and applicants.

Deborah Magar
Deborah Magar joined Godfrey and Barr in 1993. She was employed in the lettings department until 1999. However, she couldn't keep away and has recently rejoined the firm again! Working extensively with Nicole, the lettings department has an extensive knowledge and experience of Hampstead Garden Suburb and the surrounding areas. Deborah is married, has two children and has always lived in the Suburb.

Emma joined Godfrey and Barr at the end of 2009 as our PA/Secretary. Her past experience has enabled her to be an efficient and organised addition to our team. Emma grew up in North West London and has a great knowledge of the area.

Clive Brier
Clive is very experienced in all aspects of property after working in many different areas. He has rejoined the G&B team in their new Mill Hill office after many successful years in the Suburb branch, Clive is married with 2 children.

Josh Haftel
Josh joined the team in the Hampstead Garden Suburb office in 2008 and brings with him his many years experience in sales. He very much enjoys being in the area and has 3 children that keep him busy.
