Dilapidation deposit for rental - usually six weeks rent in advance held under the Tenants Deposit Scheme (TDS).
Rent charges - Usually one months rent in advance.
*If the Tenant withdraws after paying the fee of intent this will be forfeited. If the Landlord withdraws it will be refunded in full less costs for the agreement and references.
