Tenant Fees and Information

Tenant agreement fees £180 inc VAT.
Reference Fees £60 inc VAT per Person/Company/Guarantor.
A 3 week non-refundable* fee of intent is required to secure a rental (this will form part of the rental sum on moving in).

Dilapidation deposit for rental - usually six weeks rent in advance held under the Tenants Deposit Scheme (TDS).
