'Blenheim Steps' is a beautifully presented, substantial, 5/7 bedroom, Grade II listed character house, extending to nearly 4000 sq ft over 3 floors, situated in this semi-rural location the heart of Mill Hill Village. Dating back to the late 18th Century, this unique property has been extensively refurbished by the current owners to create a superb family home, whilst retaining a wealth of original features.

Features include a gorgeous entrance hall with fabulous bow windows, a magnificent double reception room with 10’7 ft high ceilings, 37’5 ft kitchen/breakfast/family room, self contained ground floor studio with en-suite shower room & kitchenette, master suite with dressing room & en-suite bathroom, a stunning 135 ft landscaped, walled rear garden with heated outdoor pool and changing room, as well as driveway to the side with parking for 3/4 cars.

Steeped in history & originally entitled 'Blenheim House’, the current property was believed to have replaced a property that was built shortly after the Duke of Marlborough's victory at Blenheim in 1704. In 1925 it became part of Mill Hill School and was sub-divided, with the ground floor being used as the 'tuck shop' with the prominent bow windows being added in 1926 and 1971. The property was subsequently sold as a private residence.

Conveniently located within one mile of the coffee shops, restaurants and amenities of Mill Hill Broadway and close to transport links (Mill Hill Broadway – Thameslink & Mill Hill East - Northern Line), as well as within close proximity of several highly renowned schools including Mill Hill School, Belmont, Goodwyns, Haberdashers and North London Collegiate.
